He is survived by: his son Robert Francis Ruddy IV (Marissa) of Griswold; his grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" Francis Ruddy V and Charlotte "Charlie" Gail Ruddy; his sisters, Kim DeRoehn (David) of Lebanon and Chantelle Donovan Ruddy of East Hartford; his nieces, Carlee DeRoehn and Chaniyah Donovan; and his nephew Christopher DeRoehn. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and dear friends.
