He was predeceased by: his spouse Gail Rall (Findley); his parents, Thomas Rall and Evelyn Rall (Philips); and his siblings, Richard Rall and Diana Rall Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Chasse (Paul) of Colchester and Michael Rall (Susan) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Paul, Kaitlyn Chasse, Catherine, Michael Rall and Kristina Mira; his great grandchild Marceline Rall; and his siblings, David Rall of Norwich, Linda Forgue of Westerly, RI, Timothy Rall (Diana) of East Hampton, Patricia Silva of New London and Debra Philopena of Lebanon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mulryan Funeral Home (725 Hebron Ave, Glastonbury, CT 06033). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
