She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Lewis and Virginia Mary Chase (Fitzgerald). She is survived by: her children, Amber Arroyo (Marco), Ashley Ron and Aharon Ron; her grandchildren, Aiden Sloane, Charlotte Krystofolski and Emery Lewetag; her brothers, Edward Chase (Jennifer Santos Dias), Todd Caruso and Christopher Chase; her nephew Alexander Chase; and her aunt Kathleen Bradley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the D'Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel (30 Carter St, East Hartford, CT 06118). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
