We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 61, Kenneth Rafoss of East Hartland, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his uncle Alfred Andersen; his cousin Steve Skaret; his wife Kristen Joy Rafoss (Carlson); his children, Sigrid Anna Tantillo (Christopher) of East Hartland, Trygve Rafoss of East Hartland, Toralf Rafoss (Kelly) of East Hartland and Tove Marie Rafoss of East Hartland; his grandchildren, Anders Obadiah Tantillo and Josephine Joy Rafoss; his brother Tom Rafoss (Tracy) of Raleigh-Durham, NC; and his sibling's children, Austin Rafoss and Victoria Rafoss of Raleigh-Durham, NC. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
