She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lynch and Edith Lynch (Barnes); her husband Frederick Bowden; her daughter Susan Bowden; and her brother William Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy McLaughlin (Sean) of Branford, Stephen Bowden (Sue) of East Haven and Michael Bowden (Joyce) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Susan Allen (Jeff), Julie Demsky (Mike), Stacy Gutierrez (Ralph), Matthew Bowden (Melissa), Christina Madonna (Steven), Brian, Ryan Bowden, Stephanie Bowden and Amanda Bowden; her brother James Lynch of Missouri; and her nephews, Timothy Lynch (Lisa) and Christopher Lynch (Nancy) of New Jersey. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
