It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Roberts of East Haven, Connecticut, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Sr. Thomas and Margaret Thomas (Kelsey); her husband William "Bill" Roberts; and her sister Marion Butler Cote. She is survived by: her children, Carol DeSena (Joseph) of Northford, Pauline Suitor (Alan Sr.) of East Haven and William "Billy" Roberts (Michelle) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Joseph DeSena, Christopher DeSena of Alan, Suitor, Rebecca Cesario (Christopher), Amber Roberts-May (Reed Jr.) and Megan Roberts; and her brothers, Donald Thomas Jr. (Peggy) of East Haven and Gregory Thomas (BJ) of Guilford. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren.
