He is survived by: his children, Charles Francis Ouellet Jr., Dianne Ouellet and Stephen Ouellet (Donna); his grandchildren, Jessica Tang, Vincent Ouellet, Aimee McPhail, Kevin Latham, Thomas Latham, Courtney Ouellet, Collin Ouellet and Sophia Ouellet; his great grandchildren, Aidan Tang, Hudson Tang and Derek McPhail; and his brother-in-law Joseph DeRienzo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
