It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Serrano of East Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Santos Serrano. He is survived by: his mother Hilda Suarez of East Haven; his siblings, Nancy Serrano (Johnny Berrios), Maria Suarez of New Haven, Carmen Ferreira (Vasco) of North Branford and Miguel Serrano of East Haven; his godchildren, Rebecca Johnson (Curtis) of Waterbury and Christian Torres of New Haven; and his granddaughter Lilianie Johnson of Waterbury. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
