Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Edwin for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Sr. Douglas and Eleanor Douglas (Townley); his wife Rosemary Douglas (Ferrairi); and his brother Mark Douglas. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn Douglas of Naugatuck and David Douglas (Debbie) of West Haven; and his sister-in-law Josephine Douglas. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews along with 20 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
