Helen M. Albis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen M. Albis of East Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Helen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Helen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Malinske and Helen Stefan Malinske; and her husband Francis Albis. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wasserman (Ron Chambers), John (Louise), Helen Pollio (Michael), Michael (Jacqueline), Nancy Shea (Bruce), Francis (Leslie Hazen) and Robert (Mary). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and by 20 (and counting) great-grandchildren.
