Joan C. Mills Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan C. Mills of East Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joan had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joan may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Donofrio and Margaret Donofrio (Guerra); her husband Donald H. Mills; and her brother-in-law Albert P. Macisco. She is survived by: her stepson Donald Mills (Kathy) of North, SC; her granddaughter Donna Mills of East Haven; and her sister Laurie Macisco of Trumbull.
