He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Thomas DaCosta Jr. (Amy), Jason DaCosta (Julie), Daniel DaCosta (Starr), Emily DaCosta, Jack DaCosta, Patrick DaCosta, Ryan DaCosta, Charles DaCosta and Nora DaCosta; his sister-in-law Diane DaCosta (Yanicky); and his friend Karen Jurczyk.
