He was predeceased by: his parents, John King and Kathryn King (Weinert); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra; his wife Frances; his siblings, Mary Susan King, Katherine Zulanas (Thomas) and George King; and his nephews, Thomas (Jenny) and Jonathan Zulanas.
