He is survived by: his daughter Maureen Barnes of Indiana; his grandchildren, Samuel Sanchez DeJesus Jr., Sevayha Muniz, Angelo Luis Falcon, Marcello Dominic Falcon and Vivianna Angela Falcon; Waytt Peralta, Meadow Peralta, Bliss Peralta and Ashley Marie Edwards.
