Fongemie Milliard (Carm) of East Haven; his son Lenn Roy Milliard of East Haven; his siblings, Edgar Milliard of Guilford, Guy Milliard (Jocelyn) of Madison, Donald Milliard of Ste. Francois, Mona Milliard of Ste. Francois, Odette Levasseur (Jean) of Ste. Francois, Rina Daigle (André) of Edmunston, New Brunswick, Guillaume, Rejean and Normand Milliard; and his godsons, David Milliard of North Branford and Brian Tousignant of Southington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Porto Funeral Home (234 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513).
