He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perrelli and Grace Guarino Perrelli; his wife Marlene D'Errico; and his brother Frank "Junior" Perrelli. He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Debra), Gary (Ivy) and David (Allison); his daughter-in-law Jennie; his grandchildren, Justin (Abby), Stephanie (Meg), Alexa (Jon), Kristen (Chris), Jacqueline (Andrew), Lauren and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Sonny, Carmen, Chase, Crew and Ferris.
