He is survived by: his parents, Pedro Mercado and Maria Mercado; his siblings, Margarita, David, Joel, Daniel, Elizabeth, Deborah and Jessica; his daughter Yaritza; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Nicolias. He is also survived by brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
