He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco D'Ambrosca and Giuseppina D'Ambrosca (Petrazzuoli); his brother Antonio D'Ambrosca; his father-in-law Joseph Louis Giammattei (Altieri); and his brother-in-law Antonio "Tonnino" Cafaro.
He is survived by: his wife Olga-Lynn D'Ambrosca (Giammattei); his children, Rocco and Gianna; his grandsons, Neo and Milo; his sister Silvana D'Ambrosca; and his nieces and nephews, Donato and Massimo of Alife.
