He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, April Lyons, Robert M. Lyons Jr., Nicole Lagasse (Daniel), Ashleigh Lyons, Michael Lyons and Brian Mathis; and his siblings, Marianne Moscatelli (Billy), James F. Lyons Jr. and Kathy Lyon. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren.
