He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Palmer and Barbara Palmer (Breen); and his brothers, Harry Palmer Jr. and John Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Christine Palmer (Bradan); his siblings, Barbara Raffile (Paul), Mary Marquis (Gerard) and James Palmer (Sandy); his in-laws, Robert and Joan (Skinnon); and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Palmer and Robert Bradan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
