With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Avila of East Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Sanjuro; her parents, Juan Avila and Anastasia Rivera; and her siblings, Eudora, Emilia, Epifania, Eulala Avila, Antonio, Felix, Victor and Israel Avila.
She is survived by: her son Edwin Sanjuro, Jr.; and her niece Deonisia Cortéz of East Haven. She is also survived by loving other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
