She is survived by: her brother Thomas Ippolito of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; her daughter Lauren Collins; her son-in-law Mike Collins of Bonita Springs; her daughter Kathy Mingo; and her grandchildren, Jessica Mingo and Lieutenant.
