Andrew of East Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 27, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew and Charlotte Andrew (Adams); and his brother Peter Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Diana Andrew (Bolduc); his son James Andrew (Carol) of New Portland, ME; his grandchildren, Jimmy Pierini, Alicia Rose (Pierre), Josh Andrew (Jessica) and Amber Pierini (Matthew); his son Kenneth Andrew (Gabriela) of East Hartford; his grandson Kevin Andrew (Jessica); his daughter Theresa L. Sullivan (Brian) of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Kelly Sullivan, Kimberly Sullivan (Riley) and Amanda Sullivan; his daughter Jenifer Balesano (Russell) of East Hartford; his grandchildren, Nicole Jones (Christopher) and Kaitlin Balesano (Kyle); and his brother Robert W. Andrew (Geri) of Glastonbury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and members of his extended family.
