He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien LeBlanc and Alice LeBlanc (Garceau); and his siblings, Richard, Gerard, Guy, Andre, Clement and Therese LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his wife Huguette C. LeBlanc (Robitaille); his children, Allan LeBlanc (Robin), Danny LeBlanc (Bonnie), Anne Meunier (Tom), Debbie Lines (Chuck), Mark LeBlanc and Peter LeBlanc (Jeanie); his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Samantha LeBlanc, Daniel (Thai), David (Pam), Derek LeBlanc, Benjamin Larouche (Kelesey), Aimee Meunier, Brian Lines (Tiffany), Jamie Lines, Connor, Grace, Simon and Adam LeBlanc; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Finn, Oliver, Liv, Gabrielle, Naomi, Everett, Kate, Luke and Emma; and his brothers, Marcel and Victor LeBlanc. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine Church (6 Windsorville Rd, Broad Brook, CT 06016). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the St. Catherine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lionel's memory to St. Marianne Cope Parish, 6 Windsorville Road, Broad Brook, CT 06088.The family would also like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Lionel's' hospice nurse Nancy, for the compassionate care she provided over the last few months.
