We announce the death of Robert Thomas Stange of Eastford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 7, 2026, at the age of 77. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stange and Eleanor Stange (Baierlein); his brother Frank Stange; his nephew Frank Stange; and his sister-in-law Holly Stange (Lisitano).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Stange (Morehouse); his children, Kari Vecchitto (Stange), Gini Principe (Joe Principe), William Stange (Samantha) and Robert'Bobby'Stange; his grandchildren, Hannah Vecchitto, Calvin Vecchitto (Saige Arias), Joseph Principe (Juli), Nicholas Principe, Avery, Hudson and Caleb Stange; his siblings, Judy Regula (Stange), Thomas Stange (Nancy), Harry Stange (Lauretta), Michael Stange and Ray (Linda Hodgson); and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Benou, Jonathan, Russell'Rusty', Jenny, Jeremy, Thomas, Roberta, Teddy, Sandy, Kim, Ken, Debbie, Steve and Sharlene.
