With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James T. McDonald (Easton, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James McDonald and Elizabeth Rajotte McDonald. He is survived by : his wife Therese Barros McDonald; his children, Michael (Gwen), Scott (Hilary) and Emilie; his grandchildren, Nolan James, Luke, Genevieve, Graham and Caleb James; his sister Christine McDonald Cook (Dan); and his pets, Tex and Jeter.

He never stopped playing "gigs" with many local area bands until the pandemic hit in March.

The family has designated: Yale Interstitial Lung Disease Program, c/o Dr. Antin-Ozerkis Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, PO Box 208057, New Haven, CT 06520-8057 and Easton Animal Shelter, 700 Morehouse Road, Easton, CT 06612 for those who wish to make memorial contributions in Jim's name.
