He is survived by: his sons, Derek Smith (Donna), Dwight Smith and Blaine Smith; his sister-in-law Nora Smith of Delray Beach, Florida; his son-in-law Paul Carruthers of Burlington, Vermont; his grandchildren, Dean, Josh Smith of Woodbury, Samantha, Jason Smith of Bethel, Paige and Emily Carruthers of Burlington, Vermont.; and his father Norman Smith.
