He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Lucksinger and Pearl M. Lucksinger; and his brothers, Stanley and Raymond Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Margo Wheeler (Randall); his children, Rhonda Blais (Arthur) of Ellington and Burt G. Wheeler, Jr. of Ellington; his brother Charles H. Wheeler of Normandy, France; and his sisters-in-law, Joanie Wheeler and Gail Wheeler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, dear friends.
