It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor J. Niemann of Ellington, Connecticut, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Adeline Gunsarcik; her husband Kenneth Niemann; and her daughter Susan Niemann. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Luginbuhl (Dale), Kenneth Niemann Jr. (Michele) of Bellows Falls, VT, Russell Niemann (Ardith) of Ellington, CT, Ronald Niemann (Sandy) of Enfield, CT and Jayne Niemann of Brooklyn, CT; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Dean, Jonathan Luginbuhl, Jennifer Daniels, Joel, Nathan, Naomi Niemann, Jessica Harney, Corissa Dubord, Janel Laudano, Drew Kadow, Matt Kadow, Denise Williams and Ryan Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ellington Center Cemetery (95 Maple St, Ellington, CT 06029).
