He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Lackouskas and Ella Lackouskas (Waters); his daughter Bonnie Lackouskas; and his siblings, Gladys Lackouskas, Arlene Stryjeski (Lackouskas) and Clayton Lackouskas.

He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Theresa Lackouskas (Letendre); his daughter Tammy Lackouskas; his sisters, Marion DeCarli (Lackouskas), Lila Saternis (Lackouskas) and Lillian Walker (Lackouskas); and his brother-in-law Bob Letendre (Leslie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
