It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Owen McPartland (Ellington, Connecticut), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo McPartland and Dorothy McPartland (Jacobs). He is survived by : his wife Ann S. Byrns; his brothers, Peter (Laura) of Stevens Point and Jonathan of Ellington, CT; his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Morgan (Zack), Jonathan, Daniel and Pete, Jr. (Alexandra); and his great-nephews, Peter George, Henry and Brooks.
