He is survived by: his wife Beatris Butler; his children, Daniel Butler, Ellen Macauley, Nicholas Butler and Laura Brown; his grandchildren, Kathryn Macauley, Elizabeth Macauley, Sakura Butler, Shelley Butler and Nicholas Butler; his daughters, Maria Rosa and Julia Cardoso; his grandchildren, Ivy Erazo, Kimberly Cardoso, Paul Cardoso and Tony Estremera; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Anthony, Nolan, Xella, Roman and Mila.
