He was predeceased by: his sister Dolores Novak. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Gay (Mangini); his children, David Gay (Brigitte) of Southwick, MA, Ronald Gay (Gail) of Boca Raton, FL, Michael Gay (Karen) of Agawam, MA and Kristina Vieweg (William) of Ellington, CT; and his brother Richard Gay of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
