She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Boudah and Emma J. Boudah (Hurteau); her husband Charles Kuzontkoski; her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Dr. Abdul Khan; her grandsons, Ralph and C. J. Romano; and her siblings, Ovilia, Joseph, Arthur, Robert, William, Kenneth, Elizabeth and Elsa.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Romano of Florida; her grandchildren, Dr. Farrah Khan of Vermont, John, Courtney and Nicholas Romano of Florida; her great grandchild Amani Romano; and her son-in-law John Romano of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
