She was predeceased by: her husband Michael "Mike" Filosa; her parents, Frederick Bertsch and Bessie Bertsch (Price); and her daughter Karen Ryan. She is survived by: her daughter Maryann Nielsen (Bruce) of Broad Brook; her grandsons, Nicholas Colarusso (Kelli) of Concord, NH, Dominic Colarusso (Amanda) of Manchester, Michael Ryan (Kathy) of Enfield and Kevin Ryan (Cassandra) of Camarillo, California.; her son-in-law Tim Ryan of Ellington; and her stepgranddaughters, Kristen Nielsen (Dominic) of Old Lyme and Megan Nielsen (Jared) of Ellington. She is also survived by her 8 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
