He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Dougan and Marjorie Dougan (Crockett); his wife Connie of Patrick's Church; and his grandson Joe. He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Pappas (Donald) and Marcia Moore (Reeve); his grandchildren, Tara Sullivan, Nicholas, Alexander Pappas, Ian, Jenna Woods, Hunter and Mcgovren Moore; his sister Janet Varrick (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Esther Alaimo, Charles Alaimo and Matthew Alaimo (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082).
