He was predeceased by : his parents, David McLaurin and Lillian Edwards; and his siblings, Alvin Edwards, Joseph Edwards and Juliette McLaurin.

He is survived by : his daughters, Hennessey McLaurin of Spencer and Serenity McLaurin of Spencer; his siblings, Moses Edwards of Springfield, Massachusetts, Kenny McLaurin of Springfield, Massachusetts and Mable West of Springfield; his grandchild Skyy McLaurin; and his stepdaughters, Brianna White of Holyoke and Cortney Torres of Springfield.

A wake was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mt Calvary Baptist Church (17 John St, Springfield, MA 01104). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
