“I am so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. When I think of Frank, I remember his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. I also cannot help but remember Frank telling the story of the tv control used as a calculator, a brilliant student ruse. How he laughed! Frank’s loving contributions to the history of East Windsor Schools, his family and his friends will not ever be forgotten. Bruce and I send our sympathies to the entire family.
