He was predeceased by: his son Michael Zampino; his former wife Lenore Zampino; and his parents, Louis Zampino and Lucille Zampino. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Zampino; his children, Frank M. Zampino (Sharon) of Vernon, Dawn Zampino of Enfield, Amy Blackburn of Chicopee and Thomas Blackburn; his grandchildren, Nicholas Zampino (Ashley) of Enfield, Monica Blackburn of Enfield, Ashley Zampino of West Hartford, Christopher Zampino of Vernon and Kenneth Patridge of Chicopee, MA; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Emilia Zampino of Enfield; and his siblings, Louis Zampino (Catherine) of New Milford and Lois Bakersville (Barry) of East Hartford.
