Gail Maloney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 67, Gail Maloney of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gail Maloney to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Gillespie (Henry) and Agnes Gillespie (Nancy Strathern); her brother Robert Gillespie; and her parents-in-law, Thomas J. Maloney and Rita Maloney (Ferrier).

She is survived by: her husband Jim Maloney; her daughters, Erin Nolin (Andy) of Enfield, Heather Shapiro (Jeremy) of Enfield and Stephanie MacGillivary (Ryan) of Enfield; her siblings, Hugh Gillespie (Pat) of Grosbek, Cathy Grissom of Gainesville and Beth Curty (Don) of Winchester, Tennessee.; her siblings-in-law, John Maloney (Kathy) of Enfield, Thomas Maloney (Sandy Libby) of Cromwell, Annmarie Maloney of West Hartford and Kathy Garbalosa (Raphael) of Bristol; her close friend Janice Stewart; her cousins, Janice and John McDevitt; her friend Sarah Mayo; and her pet Kelly II. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, along with many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

When the pandemic hit, Gail used her time in quarantine to give back.
