Helen Banis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 101, Helen Banis of Enfield, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldyslaw Pierog and Aniela Pierog (Tabor); her husband Victor T. Banis; and her siblings, Matthew, Lotilda, Ernest, Alvin, Stella, Philomena and Wanda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Banis of South Glastonbury, CT and Karen Conkey (Henry) of Westbrook, CT.; and her grandchildren, Katlyn Conkey Bielawski (Steve) of East Haddam, CT, Henry G. Conkey IV (Alicen Dziubek) of Somers, CT and Kristen Silvestri of Winchester, MA.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
