He is survived by: his mother Barbara Meunier of Leesburg, FL; his siblings, Amy Sweet (Jeff) of Brookfield, MA and Corey Slack (Alison) of Newington, CT.; his nephews, Matthew, Kaitie, Zach Sweet and Declan Slack; James Patrick Slack.
