He was predeceased by: his parents, James Verdina and Rose Verdina (Seminara). He is survived by: his fiancée Theresa Newman; his sister Serafina Pallotta (Ben) of Enfield; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Kissel (State Senator John), Lisa Daigneau (Michael), Nathaniel "Nate Man" of Enfield, Tristan Kissel of Enfield, Stephen of Enfield and Faith Daigneau of Enfield.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
