It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Margolfo (Enfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Rider, (Betty) and Leigh H. Rider, Sr.; and her siblings, Leigh Rider, Karen Rider and Darlene Colapinto.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Margolfo; her children, Ken, Kevin Margolfo and Paula Tremblay; her children-in-law, Pat Margolfo and Andrew Tremblay; her grandchildren, Danielle (Perry Helmer), Nicholas Margolfo and Emma Tremblay; her great grandchildren, Collin and Grant Helmer; and her brothers, Ken and Dennis Rider.
In lieu of flowers, Jan passionately shared her wishes to continue her support of the ASPCA (the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
