It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Ouellette of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Dzurich and Adeline Dzurich (Pyznar); her brother Alan Dzurich; and her former husband Ronald Ouellette. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sharon Dzurich of Windsor Locks. She is also survived by 2 nieces and cousins.

Strict social distancing protocols and the use of face masks will be required.
