He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blackwelder (Renals); his children, Philippe Bullington, Tricia Blackwelder and Joseph Blackwelder (Alysia); his siblings, Norman Blackwelder II and Teresa B. Welch (John Guzie); and his grandchildren, Jayliana Harley and Reyna Blackwelder. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
