He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brown and Mary Brown (Black); his brother William; his sister-in-law Pat; and his nephew Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Kurek); his daughters, Jennifer Filanowicz (Steve) of Enfield, Melanie Dube (Larry) of Enfield and Kathryn Fiore (Joe) of Enfield; his siblings, Anthony Brown (Debbie) and Susan Egan (Robert) of Enfield; and his cousin Joe.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's wish was that donations be made in his name to the Riley's Community Fund.
