She was predeceased by: her husband Alan Choinski; her father Ralph N. Fusco; and her brother Steven Fusco. She is survived by: her mother Marion Fusco (Tesiler); her children, Neil Choinski (Rebecca), Nicole Beaudry (Ron) and Jessica Holmes; her grandchildren, Eric, Jack Landry, Christopher Holl, Elizabeth Choinski, Veronica Beaudry, Kahlan and Arianna Choinski; and her siblings, Michael Fusco (Christie) and Maryann Fusco-Rollins. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
