She was predeceased by: her parents, Wladyslaw Aftanski and Victoria Aftanski (Stachowski); her husband John J. Leveille; and her siblings, Genevieve Padgett, Jean Kralik, Henry Aftanski, Leokadya Gibson and Anne Grenon.

She is survived by: her sister Helen Klingler of South Windsor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
