We bid farewell to Mary Shirley of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Glen Cove, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 17, 2026 at the age of 94. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Shirley; and her sons, Joseph and David. She is survived by: her sons, William (Cynthia), Michael (Sally) and John (Doreen); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Elizabeth, Clark, Kevin, Dan, Jack and Christopher. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Trinity College (Hartford, Connecticut) or to the charity of one's choice.
